Daniel Haymann is one of Europe’s leading legal advisors in the cannabis and healthcare sector. He advises investors, start-ups, and vertically integrated companies along the entire value chain — particularly on regulatory matters related to THC, CBD, and other cannabinoids and psychoactive substances, GMP and GDP standards, food and cosmetics regulations, as well as approval procedures before Swissmedic, the Swiss Agency for Therapeutic Products.
As a co-founder and Co-Chair of INCBA Europe (International Cannabis Bar Association), he contributes a unique international network and in-depth industry expertise. His previous experience as a commodity trader further sharpens his understanding of complex markets and trading structures.

As Director of Communications & Marketing at Canopy Growth, one of the world’s largest publicly listed cannabis companies, Dr. Sebastian Marincolo led brand development, internal communications, and market expansion across Europe. With over 13 years at PwC as Senior Project Manager in Risk Management for financial services, Dr. Mathias Rodenstein brings top-tier expertise in credit risk, operational risk, regulatory compliance (BCBS, Finma, EMIR/FinfraG), data-driven risk modeling, and BI-driven reporting. Backed by his deep analytical foundation in materials science (ETH Zürich), he ensures Heimat’s cannabis and broader financial operations meet rigorous standards in governance, risk mitigation, and scalable implementation.

His additional experience as a self-employed trader and market analyst, along with past roles in investment promotion (British Embassy) and strategy consulting (Roland Berger), makes him a versatile strategist—equally comfortable in quantitative modeling, market positioning, and investor relations.

Heinz Wälti is regarded as a pioneer of modern Swiss retail and served as CEO of Landi Switzerland for over 26 years. As the driving force behind Landi, he transformed a traditional cooperative into one of Switzerland’s most popular and trusted retail concepts — achieving an impressive 52-fold increase in sales. He was instrumental in shaping the standardized LANDI store model — covering logistics, marketing, staff training, roll-out and expansion — laying the foundation for Landi’s enduring success today.
