Conditions for competitions
The competitions organized on heimatmanufaktur.ch are aimed exclusively at persons over the age of 18 who are resident in Switzerland.
Employees of Heimat Manufaktur AG, its partners and service providers as well as the family members of these employees are excluded from participating in such competitions.
Furthermore, we reserve the right to terminate a competition at any time at our own discretion. The termination of such a contest does not entitle you to any kind of compensation. No rights are acquired and no benefits can be claimed.
Furthermore, we accept no liability whatsoever if data or e-mails entered in the forms by participants are not recognized by the system or if a person is prevented from taking part in a competition due to a technical or other defect.
We also reserve the right to exclude participants from competitions. The place of jurisdiction is the customer’s place of residence, which must be in Switzerland.
